(Q)  Where are you located? 

(A)  Circuit Court is located on the East side of the Hendricks County Courthouse, 3rd Floor.

(Q)  How do I ask for a continuance of a hearing or other request regarding a case? 

(A)  All requests must be in writing and filed with the Clerk.

(Q)  Will Circuit Court accept FAX filings? 

(A)  You may FAX file to Circuit Court for INFORMATION only, originals must be followed up by mail and there may not be a ruling on a FAX filing.
