Birth and Death Registry
Hendricks County birth and death records began with the year 1882. Certified copies of births and deaths are available through this office. To receive a copy of an individual's birth or death certificate they must have been born in, or died in, Hendricks County and the following will need to be provided by the applicant:

    1. The proper application filled out in full (link provided below)
    2. The fee in cash, check, or money order (only checks and money orders are accepted if applications
        are sent by mail)
    3. A form of identification (IE. Driver's License) or a copy of the identification if mailed
