The Mission of the Prosecuting Attorney of Hendricks County is to pursue impartial justice and to provide the highest level of professionalism and public service possible as a compassionate advocate for the people of the County, victims of crimes, and those who cannot protect themselves.  Our office will act in an ethical manner and make fiscally responsible decisions.  We will assist other law enforcement agencies in the investigation of crimes and will aggressively prosecute the guilty in an effort to ensure a safer community in which to live and work.
