Mark A. Smith is the current judge of the Hendricks
Superior Court No. 4 in Hendricks County, Indiana.  Superior Court No. 4 is a court of general jurisdiction. He regularly  presides over a variety of civil and criminal matters, including domestic relations cases.   Prior to being elected judge, Mark served as a court commissioner and magistrate.  Prior to assuming the bench, he practiced law privately which included service as a guardian as litem. He  attended and graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington and the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
