Stephenie LeMay-Luken has been Judge of Hendricks Superior Court 5 since January 1, 2007. Superior Court 5 handles both civil and criminal cases including small
claims cases and domestic relations cases. Prior to being elected as Judge of Superior Court 5, Stephenie was the Chief Deputy Prosecutor of Hendricks County. Stephenie was a deputy prosecutor for 12 years. Prior to her service in the Prosecutor’s Office she was in private practice in Indianapolis. Stephenie obtained her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in May 1992. She is a graduate of Ball State University and Avon High School (Class of 1985).
