COVID-19 Vaccine Information

The Hendricks County Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinic is administering COVID-19 Bivalent vaccines. These updated vaccines help offer additional protection against the Omicron variant. 

The FDA authorized bivalent formulations of the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines for all doses administered to individuals 6 months of age and older.

Where is the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic?

The Hendricks County Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinic is now located on the ground level of the Hendricks County Government Center located at 355. S. Washington St. Danville, IN. 46122. Patients may best find the Health Department Clinic by entering door #6 on the southside of the building and entering the Nursing Division door on the right. Appointments are needed at this clinic.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

Photo ID (of individual or parent/guardian),

Your medical insurance card, and

Your vaccination card if you have one.
