The Hendricks County Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinic is administering the recently approved COVID-19 Bivalent boosters. These updated boosters help offer additional protection against the Omnicron variant.
The FDA authorized bivalent formulations of the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines for use as a single booster dose at least two months after completing primary or booster vaccination.
The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent is authorized for use as single booster dose in individuals 6 years of age and older.
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent is authorized for use as a single booster dose in individuals 5 years of age and older.
Are COVID-19 Booster Shots Available at this Clinic?
Yes, the Pfizer and Moderna booster shots are available at this clinic for individuals who meet the qualifications.
Where is the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic?
The Hendricks County Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinic is now located on the ground level of the Hendricks County Government Center located at 355. S. Washington St. Danville, IN. 46122. Patients may best find the Health Department Clinic by entering door #6 on the southside of the building and entering the Nursing Division door on the right. Masks must be worn in the Nursing Division waiting and clinic rooms. Appointments are needed at this clinic.

Photo ID (of individual or parent/guardian),
Your medical insurance card,
A facial mask/covering, and
