The Clerk's office is located on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse. They accept payments by cash, money order and cashier's check.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. Be sure to include your name, the custodial parent's name, the case and/or cause number to ensure proper credit. Income withholding orders are generated the Title IV-D Office. If you are required to pay by this method, provide your employer's name, address and telephone number to our office and we will prepare the order and contact your employer for you.
