Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Department. Reports to the Board of County Commissioners. Supervises the Assistant Facilities Manager, and Maintenance Team (in conjunction with the Assistant Facilities Manager), Custodial Team, Groundskeeper, and assorted contracted services. Manages new construction projects, renovations, and remodeling of County facilities.
