Joe Walsh

Joe Walsh

Joe Walsh has long said, “Hendricks County is Indiana’s best kept secret.”  From the sense of community to the rural feeling, and even the easy access to the interstate, we’ve got the best of both worlds here.  Hendricks County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state, and that growth brings demands and challenges to budget for growth.

He has been a leader in the private sector for many years since retiring from the Army and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan last fall. He has also successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets in several industries, even receiving awards for his budgeting abilities. He is raising his three school-aged children with his wife. His focus is not just 2024, but for the future growth of Hendricks County.

Joe is running on bringing diversity to the Council by having someone with new and fresh ideas, who works 9-5, understands the struggles of driving into work everyday across congested roads, and is raising a family in Hendricks County. He wants to take politics out of local government because potholes aren’t partisan. But most importantly, he wants to make local government work for you.
