Per Inspector Dirk Leonard:
The Hendricks County Surveyor’s Office is looking to get quotes for work on the Windfield subdivision. This is an ARP job. We will do this in three phases. I have included a job site aerial a drawing from Banning and below a scope of work. These will be sealed quotes to be opened at DB.
- Set up sidewalk and road closures with Curt.
- Disconnect gutter drains at edge of easement.
- Install stubs at MH for sump line as applicable.
- Finish grade as shown on the drawing, seed, and straw mat and repair any damage to lawns.
- Remove and Install Manholes and pipe according to drawing.
- Repair curb, street, and driveways according to drawing.
- Starting with structure 106 install approx. 182’ of 30” solid HDPE, setting one MH (diameters on drawing) and approx. 71’of 30” RCP, installing and ending at structure 108.
- In conclusion, we are starting on the east side of the road at structure 106 end with structure 108 approx. 182’ of 30” HDPE and approx. 71’ of RCP to new end section 108.
The cost of all stone and materials should be included in the quote. All pipe to be virgin and installed according to manufacturer specifications and in accordance with the Hendricks County Storm Water Handbook and technical standards. Straw mat to be double netted. I will be doing a walk through on the job site on 9-21-23 at 9:00am. Please call/email me by 9-20-23 to let me know you will be attending the walk through. You must attend the walk through if you would like to submit a quote. I would like to have sealed quotes returned to me by 4pm on 10-6-23. If approved the work will need to be done within 45 days as weather permits. These will be brought in front of the Drainage Board. If there are any questions, please call or email me.
