BABY & ME - Tobacco Free

You're committed to a healthy pregnancy. We're committed to helping your quit. Enroll in BABY & ME - Tobacco FreeTM today and start on your journey to a smoke-free life for you and your baby.

BABY & ME - Tobacco FreeTM is a FREE quit smoking program uniquely created for pregnant women to help them quit during pregnancy and stay quit after giving birth.

During pregnancy, you'll receive four quit smoking sessions in your home, at our offices, or another place convenient for you. The sessions will give you the tools and support you need to quit smoking. You'll also get to choose a FREE diaper bag at your first visit and a new piece of baby gear, like baby wipes and blankets, at each of the other three visits. You'll receive the bag after you successfully finish your last visit.

After you give birth, you'll receive monthly follow-up sessions to help you stay quit. For every month you stay quit during the first 12 months, you'll receive a $25 voucher each month to purchase diapers at Walmart or CVS.

To participate, you must:

  • Be a pregnant woman who is a daily smoker or quit within three months of becoming pregnant

  • Be willing to quit smoking

  • Participate in all four quit smoking sessions before giving birth

  • Take a breath or saliva test at each session

Yes! If you live with someone who is a smoker, they can enroll in the program with you as a Support Partner. They must participate in all sessions with you, and they are eligible to receive the $25 diaper vouchers each month they test smoke-free after you give birth.
