The Facilities Management Department reports to the Board of Commissioners for Hendricks County. The Facilities Management Department is responsible for the planning and execution of all activities related to the maintenance, renovation, new construction, energy management, life safety, custodial, and grounds keeping services of all designated County buildings and properties.

The Facilities Management Department serves the citizens of Hendricks County by providing professional facilities services and cost effective stewardship of the County's physical assets in support of the County's goal to provide public services in a well-maintained, safe, effective and comfortable environment.
