The Hendricks County Innkeeper’s tax rate is eight percent (8%) and is used to promote and or encourage conventions, visitors, and tourism within the county; and for the development of a county park, a county fairground, or a county promotion.
Further details may be obtained by viewing IC 6-9-3-4 and the Hendricks County Council Ordinances 36-1996; 38-1997 and 2005-34. General information can be found at the Indiana Department of Revenue or at the Visit Hendricks County.
